2. Independent Service Disclosure
WeFixPrinter Independent Support is an independent third-party provider of printer troubleshooting, driver setup, and maintenance support. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox, Samsung, Ricoh, or any other manufacturer.
3. Scope of Support Services
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We present diagnoses and transparent options prior to performing work. Performance of work does not guarantee resolution of severe hardware failures.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WeFixPrinter Independent Support be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or software recommendations.
